Akaneya Kyoto Station is nestled a convenient 10-minute stroll away from Kyoto Station Hachijo-guchi exit, a 5-minute walk from Toji Station and 7-minutes on foot from two convenience stores. Toji Temple is a 6-minute walk away, where a flea market is held on the 21st of each month, and the nearest Toji Dori bus stop is a 4-minute walk away.

The property features a massage chair that can be used for free. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire guest house. Portable WiFi devices can be borrowed upon request.

The guest rooms are air-conditioned and come equipped with air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with an induction cooking stove, a toaster oven, an electric kettle, refrigerator and rice cooker.
